As I write this I am doing a major happy dance...
No really...
I am!
You see I have paper pieced the kiwi block that I designed, and it works!
Just have a look!
I discovered a couple of wee mistakes as I went along, but they were fairly easy to fix. All in all I'm over the moon how easily it came together!
This little kiwi is destined to be turned into a cushion to go with the birdie cushion that I made a few months ago... Maybe Mr Tartankiwi will get his set of four cushions after all (although it will probably take me a couple of years to make all four)
Out of interest, would anybody be remotely interested having a copy of my pattern? If so let me know and I'll make the minor alterations that I think the pattern needs and work on getting it to a state that it can be used by others.
I'd be doing a mega major happy dance tooo
