I'll admit it...
By the time that I was halfway through making these Elf Clogs, I wished I was like the shoemaker in the Brothers Grimm fairytale with secret little helpers to stitch my shoes in the middle of the night.
I did trying going to sleep with them cut out, but nothing happened, they looked exactly the same when I woke up!
By making pairs of shoes, I guess that I doubled my workload, but I reckon it was worth it.
They were made using this pattern, but I altered the size.
I embroidered the sole and added a cute lining fabric.
They make pretty cute Christmas ornaments don't you think!?
