Apple Pin Cushion

After having made a cute red riding hood needlecase a while age, I couldn't resist the temptation to make a matching paper pieced pincushion. I am really pleased with the way that the quilting turned out, but I must admit that you need pretty sharp pins for this pincushion (oops!)

The pattern that I used for the apple comes from here.
