Bandana Bibs

Wee man is teething.
This means only one thing... dribble and LOTS of it!
So what does a crafty mother do?
... She makes dribble bibs of course!

Wee Man looks pretty happy with his new bib don't you think?!
The great thing about making my own is that I can play around with the pattern and materials. At the moment I have only made one, but I fully intend to make more in the future.

This bib is made with one layer of cotton and 2 layers of microfleece. First impression is that its not too bulky and it feels beautifully soft, but I want to test and see if it is absorbent enough.

The pattern was loosely based upon a bib that we already own. I think I may alter it slightly for future bibs.

  7. This is adorable. I have an 8 month old little girl who is teething and drueling like crazy and this is a lot cuter than having a big big on her all the time. I would love it if you would stop by and share at the link party going on right now at Lines Across My Face.
